We produce editorial, social-first content that shapes digital culture and builds powerful brand partnerships.Role OverviewWe are looking for a full-time, in-person Videographer / Photographer based in Miami to work directly with Valeria and our creative team to capture high-quality content across all brand channels.This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and deeply collaborative. You will be on set daily, filming Podcast episodes, capturing lifestyle content, producing editorial photography, and supporting brand campaigns. You'll be part of the core creative team responsible for shaping Valeria’s visual identity and helping bring concepts to life from start to finish.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Capture- Shoot photo and video content daily with Valeria (lifestyle, editorial, social, podcast, behind-the-scenes, vlogs, and branded campaigns).
- Set up lighting, audio, and on-site production equipment
- Capture multi-format assets optimised for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and paid partnerships.
- Will also be responsible for capturing content for Creator Method, including but not limited to events, podcasts, collaborations, and webinars.
Creative Execution- Collaborate closely with Valeria, producers, and editors during pre-production and on set.
- Help shape visual concepts and contribute creative ideas during pre-production.
- Adapt to quick pivots and real-time creative direction during shoots.
Post-Production- Edit short-form content and deliver select photos when needed (main video editing still handled by the internal editing team).
- Ensure all footage is transferred, backed up, labelled, and organised after each shoot.
Logistics & Operations- Manage and maintain camera, lighting, and audio gear.
- Assist in scouting locations, coordinating shoot timings, and prepping sets.
- Ensure shoots run smoothly and efficiently with tight turnaround times.
- Manage day-to-day production and shooting timelines
What We’re Looking For Experience & Skills- 2–5+ years of experience in videography and photography, preferably for creators, brands, or media companies.
- Strong portfolio showcasing editorial, lifestyle, and social-first content.
- Proficiency with professional camera systems (Sony/Canon mirrorless), lighting setups, and audio capture.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, and basic Photoshop.
- Understanding of YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and what performs visually on each platform.
