This is a high-impact leadership role for a culturally fluent, intellectually rigorous producer who understands how meaningful conversations create authority, trust, and long-term audience loyalty.The Executive Producer will work closely with Valeria in-person and take high-level execution direction from Gary. Episodes include interviews, case studies, and solo episodes focused on strategy, mindset, monetization, and execution.Work Location & StructureThis is a hybrid role based in Miami.At this time, there is no dedicated full-time office space assigned to this role. The Executive Producer will work through a combination of:- Remote work from home
- In-person working sessions and meetings at Valeria and Gary’s home
- In-person collaboration at Gary’s office located in Central Miami
- Role will be moving to full-time in-office within the next 6-24 months
Candidates must be Miami-based and comfortable with frequent in-person collaboration.The RoleThe Executive Producer will own the weekly production of two episodes per week (one per podcast). This is not an editing role. It is a content leadership role responsible for strategy, editorial quality, and execution above all.Key ResponsibilitiesPodcast Strategy & Editorial Direction- Define and evolve the editorial vision for both podcasts
- Identify culturally relevant themes, recurring audience questions, and timely subject matter
- Ensure each episode has a clear purpose, point of view, and audience takeaway
- Maintain consistency of voice, tone, and positioning across both shows
Guest Sourcing & Booking- Identify, research, and source guests ranging from celebrities to subject-matter experts
- Write thoughtful, personalized outreach pitches explaining: why the guest is relevant, what Valeria or Gary wants to explore with them, what problem the episode will help solve for the audience
- Manage guest scheduling and preparation for in-person and remote recordings
Host Preparation & Pre-Production Leadership- Lead structured pre-production sessions with Valeria and Gary ahead of each episode
- Prepare hosts on:
- Strategic intent of the conversation
- Narrative arc and emotional beats,
- Key questions, follow-ups, and pressure points
- Help define how Valeria and Gary should lead each conversation
- Develop concise pre-interview briefs including guest background, themes, and suggested questions
- Ensure hosts enter each recording confident, aligned, and intentional
Episode Development- Create episode outlines and conversation frameworks
- Assist with or write teleprompter scripts for solo episodes when needed
- Ensure conversations balance structure with organic dialogue
Production Oversight & Distribution- Coordinate recording logistics and production timelines
- Work closely with long-form and short-form editors to ensure:
- Strong pacing and storytelling
- Platform-optimized performance
- Oversee the delivery and publication of:
- Full-length episodes on YouTube
- Titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and metadata
- Short-form clips for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Audio versions for Spotify and Apple Podcasts
Collaboration & Leadership- Work closely via intentional sessions with Valeria and Gary in-person
- Take high-level execution and strategic direction from Gary, and Rachel Ostro (Valeria Inc./Creator Method CEO)
- Act as the single point of ownership across both podcasts
Education & Experience Requirements- Bachelor’s degree required
- Master’s degree preferred but not required
- Fields of study may include Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, Film or Television, Marketing, Psychology, Sociology, or Cultural Studies
- 5+ years of experience in podcast production, media, or content leadership
- Proven experience producing interview-driven or narrative podcasts
- Strong editorial judgment and storytelling instincts
- Deep cultural fluency around millennial female issues and modern creator culture
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with high-profile guests
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple weekly deliverables
- Experience collaborating with editing and post-production teams
- Miami-based with availability for in-person collaboration
